Sponsorships

BCA Event Sponsorships

Do you have a national or regional event coming up that focuses on youth avalanche education, diversity, or recreational access? BCA provides limited sponsorship and avalanche safety gear to select organizations that have a national or regional reach in the backcountry skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling communities. BCA generally does not consider local events for sponsorship: we encourage our local retailers and reps to support those.

BCA ONLY considers events that are directly related to youth avalanche education, diversity, and recreational access. Please contact us during the pre-season each year and let us know your event date, audience size, and specific needs for your backcountry safety event.

Please contact our Marketing team in the pre-season, no later than September 30, for consideration for the next season.

BCA Ambassador Program

BCA selects individuals with a high level of avalanche safety knowledge and educator experience to participate in our Ambassador program, by invitation only. All BCA ambassadors are required to exclusively use Backcountry Access branded avalanche safety gear, submit content for web and social publication, and to provide Backcountry Access safety programs in their communities through the season.

Please contact our Marketing team in the pre-season, no later than September 30, for consideration for the next season.

BCA Pro Athlete Program

BCA sponsors a select group of inspiring freeride/backcountry ski, snowboard, and snowmobile athletes that have mad riding skills and a notable sphere of influence: big mountain competitors, film athletes, and local heroes. All BCA pro athletes must have completed a minimum of Avalanche Level 1 Rec certification prior to applying.

Please contact our Marketing team in the pre-season, no later than September 30, for consideration for the next season.

BCA Pro Purchase Program
