Warranty - Service

To ensure timely return of your product please be sure to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Backcountry Access before you send in your product. To receive an RA#, please fill out the form below and submit your information. You should then package your product, write the RA# on the outside of the package and ship the package to:

We recommend sending all warranty items via UPS, FedEx or any carrier with package tracking capabilities (not the US Postal Service). If you contact Backcountry Access regarding your warranty, please reference your RA# (be sure to write down the RA# for your records).
