BCA Nalgene Hydration System
While hydration bladders have become an integral part of packs, not everyone is convinced. The crux of the disparity centers around the convenience of cleaning them. No one disputes the need to hydrate. But even aficionados admit that cleaning them, while theoretically simple, is something that rarely gets done. Bottles, on the other hand are easy to clean. Enter the compromise solution, an adaptor lid for the common, everday 1 liter bottle with a hydration tube. When your trip is done, detach the hose and put the bottle in your dishwasher. What could be easier? And why did it take over 10 years for someone to come up with this? Nevermind. It deserves an award, however overdue.
