Warranty Service

Replacement policy:

• Units must be received at BCA by Warranty Coverage deadline to receive replacement units
• If unit is out of warranty but proof of purchase documents unit is within warranty period, include a copy of the receipt
• Units must be returned via a commonly used carrier with tracking capabilities
• BCA reserves the right to make the final judgment on warranty status

Once you receive your RA# from our Warranty Department be sure to write it on the outside of the package and ship it to one of the following addresses: US warranties: Backcountry Access 2820 Wilderness Place Unit H Boulder, Colorado 80301 Canadian warranties: BCA Canada Box 201 Winlaw, BC V0G 2J0 We recommend sending all warranty items via UPS, FedEx or any carrier with package tracking capabilities (not the US Postal Service).
